As careers stretch across longer lives, many experienced leaders reach a moment where the familiar metrics of success no longer easily answer the question of what comes next.
4-Quarter Lives, hosted by Avivah Wittenberg-Cox, explores how longer lives are reshaping everything from careers and relationships to how we understand learning itself. The podcast brings together academics, practitioners, and individuals actively redesigning their own “4-quarter” lives.
In a recent episode, Stewart McTavish and Alison Wood, co-founders of the University of Cambridge Better Futures Programme, join Avivah to discuss the programme’s foundations—and how Cambridge’s collegiate, interdisciplinary community creates the conditions for a meaningful pivot for accomplished individuals.
